🎧 Customer Support Executive (Female)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Female Customer Support Executive to assist our clients with software queries and support at our Madurai office.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound calls and queries from clients regarding our software products
- Provide prompt and professional support via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Log support tickets and follow up to ensure issues are resolved
- Assist clients with software installation and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues
- 0–1 year of experience in customer support or similar role
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
- Patient, polite and professional attitude
- Female candidates only
- Location: Madurai (on-site)
📈 Business Development Executive – IT
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales of our software products across Tamil Nadu and expand our client base.
Responsibilities:- Identify and prospect new business opportunities for our software products
- Conduct client visits, product demos and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with the technical team for smooth client onboarding
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English
- Knowledge of software products or IT industry preferred
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred
- Location: Madurai (field sales)
